ABSTRAK The detection of child growth should be done as early and as accurately as possible, so that if there is a deviation of child growth can be known earlier and can be found a solution to the deviation. In the examination of children who performed in pharmacies depok sleman pengelolahan data inspection done manually so that data is not well recorded, it causes the data is lost and not clear. For that we need a system capable of data menguin so as to minimize the things that are not desirable. In this study, the researchers aimed to create an expert system that gives an idea of the growth in children with fuzzy logic motede which requires several variables, namely age, height, gender and weight which will be taken z-score weight and z-Score height. Based on the test result which has been done with 85 examination data of children, it can be concluded that the implementation of fuzzy sugeno method can be used as a determination of the status of the child's growth with total accuracy of 81.18%.

Abstrak Variabel standar sebagai acuan pada proses pemilihan mahasiswa lulusan terbaik dalam suatu instansi biasanya sudah disediakan, tetapi dalam prakteknya selain variabel yang digunakan masih mengambang, belum dibedakannya antara variabel primer dan sekunder, serta pembobotan variabel yang masih setara/flat. Hal ini menyebabkan penentuan mahasiswa lulusan terbaik masih terasa sepihak dan belum optimal. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan permasalahan mengenai bagaimana mengimplementasikan metode FMADM (SAW) berdasarkan 6 kriteria penilaian (jenis mahasiswa, ketepatan lulusan, ipk, usia, prestasi akademik, prestasi non akademik) pada proses pemilihan lulusan terbaik yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model sistem rekomendasi, sehingga nantinya diharapkan model yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam penentuan lulusan terbaik. Berdasarkan data yang telah diujikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik serta dapat menghasilkan perangkingan yang diurutkan berdasarkan nilai tertinggi. Kesesuaian antara metode universitas dan sistem dengan FMADM (SAW) memiliki tingkat kesesuaian 100%. Sedang berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan RSD diperoleh nilai sebesar 15.02%.
Abstract The standard variable as a reference in the process of selecting the best graduate students in an institution is usually provided, but in practice other than the variables used are still floating, there is no differentiation between the primary and secondary variables, as well as the equivalent / flat variable weighting. This causes the determination of the best graduate students still feels unilateral and not optimal. So that in this study formulated problems regarding how to implement the FMADM (SAW) method based on 6 assessment criteria (types of students, graduate accuracy, IPK, age, academic achievement, non-academic achievements) in the process of selecting the best graduates aimed at producing a recommendation system model so that later it is expected that the resulting model can be used as a tool in determining the best graduates. Based on the data that has been tested, it can be concluded that the system can function properly and can produce a ranking sorted by the highest value. ABSTRAK : Tanda tangan merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk melegalkan atau sebagai penanda bahwa suatu dokumen adalah asli dari pihak pertama (pembuat) atau bukan. Hal tersebut berlaku pada dokumen nyata dalam hal ini dokumen cetak atau tertulis. Selanjutnya bagaimana jika dokumen ataupun file tersebut bersifat digital. Pada saat ini media digital bukan hal awam lagi, hampir semua aktivitas bisnis maupun sehari-hari sudah menggunakan internet. Maka dari itu perlu adaya pengganti tanda tangan yang dibuat dalam bentuk digital untuk melegalkan dokumen digital. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan algoritma schnorr. Algoritma schnorr merupakan pengembangan dari algoritma El-gamal sehingga sistem keamanan dari El-gamal terdapat pada schnorr. Pembuatan tanda tangan dengan mengubah informasi yang terdapat pada file ke dalam bentuk ASCII kemudian diubah kebentuk message digest menggunakan fungsi hash. Dengan menggunakan algoritma schnorr sign dan private key dihasilkan tanda tangan dari file tersebut. Proses verifikasi tanda tangan menggunakan public key dan file signature menggunakan algoritma schnorr verify. Jika nilai verifikasi sama dengan proses sign maka data dapat dikatakan asli. Sebaliknya jika hasil dari proses verifikasi tidak sama dengan proses sign maka data tersebut sudah mengalami perubahan informasi atau kunci yang dimasukkan tidak sesuai. Tanda tangan digital yang dihasilkan dari setiap file berbeda-beda walaupun dengan kunci yang sama. Besar kecilnya bilangan dalam pembentukan kunci juga mempengaruhi hasil dari tanda tangan digital. Penambahan fungsi hash sangat membantu untuk menambah keamanan pada tanda tangan digital.

Determination of the concentration / interest of study for most students can’t be applied easily. Most students still do not know exactly what their concentration is. Only for students who are smart in IPK and mature in the pattern of thinking that can determine the concentration of studies easily and not wrong target. Besides still confused and tend to choose the concentration that is not in accordance with the interests and talents of each. Confusion or the majority of students' mistakes to specialization in accordance with the ability due to the number of elective courses offered in line with the interests offered. Based on this problem, it takes a decision making tool or recommendation to the student about the concentration/interest of study whether the most appropriate according to ability.
In this research will be made decision support system for recommendation of study by implementing fuzzy inference (mamdani). Where this system will provide information on the interest of the study can be selected based on the value variable. So it can help students in choosing the interests of the study in accordance with the appropriate competence and interest talent. Based on the 20 data that have been tested, obtained 19 data and 1 data that is not appropriate, thus can be calculated the performance of the system that is equal to 95%.

Pegawai telah mengambil peranan penting dalam proses kinerja dan kemajuan suatu instansi. Apabila pegawai tidak dapat memenuhi peraturan yang berlaku yang sesuai kriteria dan kebutuhan instansi, maka proses kinerja dalam instansi akan terhambat. Mengingat pegawai mempunyai peranan penting dalam proses kinerja dalam sebuah instansi, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan penilaian terhadap pegawai, sehingga sebuah instansi dapat mempertimbangkan apakah akan menegur atau memberhentikan kerja pegawai tersebut atau tidak. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 kriteria sebagai parameter penilaian, agar dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam penelitian ini maka digunakan metode Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) dan Weighted Product (WP) dengan mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Penilaian pegawai terbaik dilakukan menggunakan empat kriteria yaitu, kehadiran, kecepatan kerja, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama. Dan dapat di simpulkan bahwa perhitungan menghasilkan perhitungan tertinggi menggunakan sistem yaitu 0.0782.

The developed expert system aims to reduce health problems to the public on clinical matters that need attention. One of the problems encountered in the field of health is in determining the health of pregnant women.
For pregnant women, good health during the lesson will also be very helpful when it comes time to give birth and also breastfeeding a new baby legitimate. In determining the health status of pregnant women using fuzzy Sugeno logic method can provide convenience when determining the health of pregnant women, especially in conditions of pregnant women normal condition of pregnant women are at risk. Health status test from 23 data which can be concluded by using Sugeno fuzzy method with system and data obtained from institution have result 82,60%.

ABSTRAK The development of information technology is needed to help and support in all areas one of the health field. Use of information technology in the field of health to reduce problems in clinical and non-clinical action. One of the problems encountered in the field of health is heart disease. The heart is one of the vital organs for humans. Because of the importance of this heart role, heart health must be maintained in order to function properly. Cardiac examination can be done in the hospital by handled by an internist. However, due to limited access and time for consultation with a medical specialist, it has to wait a relatively long time to find out the results of the examination. So it is necessary media to be able to help detect the risk of heart disease more easily and quickly. In this study will be designed an expert system to detect the risk of heart disease by implementing fuzzy inference (mamdani). Where this system will provide information about the level of risk of heart disease based on risk variables of heart disease that is blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, Body Mass Index (BMI) and history of heart disease family. So it can help people in anticipating the risk of heart disease. Based on 20 data that have been tested against experts and systems, for patients detected having a small risk of heart disease have a percentage of 30%, for a moderate risk level has a percentage of 50%, for a large risk level has a percentage of 20%. As for the level of compliance based on the validation results of experts (doctors) and the system, obtained a percentage of 80% of the appropriate test data, and 20% of the test data is not appropriate.

To continue with higher education students should be able to choose the right course of study in order to continue their studies according to their abilities. This study program is intended for later students can finish college according to their interests and abilities. The process of choosing the current study program has the disadvantage that it takes quite a long time and also the results obtained accurately because it can be a lot of mistakes because there is no special application to support the calculation. In addition, the element of subjectivity was quite high because the criteria yan used is still a little and less relevant. To overcome these problems then made a decision support system to assist Academic Lecturers and Student Affairs in determining the selection of study programs. In this research using Fuzzy MultipleAttribute Decesion Making method with Simple Additive (SAW). The criteria used are the final score of mathematics, the final score of Indonesian language, the final grade of English school, the final value of the school of science. Final Physics School Value, Final Value of Chemistry School, Final Value of Art School's End School of Culture, Final Value of Sports School. End of School Economics Value, End of School Sociology Value, End of School History Value. The end result of this research found that decision support system with SAW method able to overcome the problems in the selection process of study program in high collateral. The calculation result using POLTEKES Permata Indonesia Yogyakarta method and using FMADM method with SAw method have 76.92% match and 23.08% unsuitable data from 26 data in selection of study program. From this research is expected to add knowledge for students and lecturers so that the diagnostic process in determining the study program becomes easy it will simplify the decision making to determine the appropriate study program.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi diperlukan untuk membantu dan menunjang disegala bidang salah satunya bidang kesehatan. Penggunaan teknologi infrormasi dibidang kesehatan untuk mengurangi permasalahan dalam tindakan klinis maupun non klinis. Salah satu permasalahan yang ditemui dalam bidang kesehatan adalah gizi balita. Gizi balita merupakan salah satu dasar acuan perkembangan anak. Untuk melakukan pemeriksaan gizi balita diperlukan buku Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) yang digunakan pedoman dasar tumbuh kembang balita. Pemeriksaan gizi pada balita menggunakan KMS digunakan standar antropometri dalam penentuan status gizinya. Dalam Penentuan status gizi, terdapat empat kategori yang dijadikan standar yaitu umur balita, berat balita, tinggi balita dan jenis kelamin balita. Sedangkan dalam penelitian ini selain menggunakan antropometri juga digunakan metode inferensi fuzzy sugeno dalam penentuan status gizi pada balita. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) status gizi yang telah dibangun dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy sugeno dan pengujian menggunakan standar baku antropometri memiliki hasil 84% dari 25 data yang diujikan terdapat 4 yang tidak sesuai, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa unjuk kerja sistem berhasil.

Teknik steganografi memiliki peranan penting menyangkut hal yang berkaitan dengan pesan rahasia. Steganografi merupakan teknik penyisipan pesan yang telah digunakan oleh orang-orang jaman dulu untuk menjaga kerahasiaan pesan tersebut. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, teknik ini dapat diaplikasikan menggunakan komputer. Sebagai contoh, pembuatan aplikasi steganografi yang dapat dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman yang berbeda-beda. Metode least significant bit merupakan cara penyisipan yang mengambil bit rendah dari data piksel yang menyusun sebuah file citra gambar. Penggunaan metode ini memungkinkan adanya perubahan atau penambahan sejumlah besar informasi tanpa adanya perubahan tampilan dari citra itu sendiri. Citra pesan disisipkan secara berulang yang ditempatkan pada piksel citra tujuan mulai dari piksel pertama sampai piksel yang terakhir. Secara garis besar, hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu: Pertama, cara menyisipkan citra pesan secara berulang ke dalam citra berwarna yang menjadi citra tujuan penyisipan. Ke-dua, cara meng-ekstrak citra hasil penyisipan tersebut sehingga citra pesan yang telah disisipkan dapat diketahui maksudnya.

Therefore, the information technology (IT) can be used to indicate the location of tourist attractions making it easier for travelers to reach the tourist attractions.

Abstrak Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan potensi kewawanan bencana, sehingga data-data mengenai bencana alam dan cara melakukan antisipasi terhadap kejadian tersebut, sehingga perlu diberikan informasi-informasi engenai kebencanaan tersebut yang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi teknologi informasi dengan harapan dapat menambah pengetahuan dan meminimalisasikan kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh bencana alam. Sebagai langkah awal dari digunakan studi literatur dengan mengumbulkan berbagai data-data mengenai kebencanaan. Aplikasi ini dirancang berdasarkan peta situs yang telah dirancang sebelumnya yang dilanjutkan dengan implementasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi PHP dan MySQL. Penelitian ini difokuskan terhadap pemanfaatan Google Maps API untuk menunjukkan peta wilayah yang mempunyai potensi terjadinya bencana alam yang didasarkan pada titik koordinat wilayah tersebut.

ABSTRAK : Karir memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam kehidupan seseorang. Kepuasan seseorang dalam bekerja menjadi lebih tinggi jika karir tersebut sesuai dengan minat yang dimilikinya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti bertujuan membuat sistem pakar yang dapat memberikan gambaran tentang skala pengembangan minat karir mahasiswa dengan metode fuzzy logic yang mana membutuhkan beberapa variabel yaitu realistic, investigative, artistic, social, enterprise dan conventional yang mana di masing-masing variabel akan diambil nilai z-score. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan 100 data skala minat karir mahasiswa, dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi metode fuzzy tsukamoto memperoleh total akurasi sebesar 67% data yang sesuai dan 33% data yang tidak sesuai.

ABSTRAK : Dengan dimulainya implementasi kurikulum 2013 yang mengharuskan sekolah untuk membagi jurusan pada saat awal masuk SMA/SMK, dari pihak sekolah dirasa memberatkan karena tidak diperkenankan melakukan pemungutan biaya, sedang dari sisi calon siswa merasa kesulitan untuk memilih jurusan yang ada. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini akan diimplementasikan peminatan jurusan menggunakan inferensi fuzzy sugeno. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat beberapa varibel yang dijadikan sebagai ukuran, yaitu nilai matapelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, Matematika, IPA (variabel input) dan Persentase jurusan (variabel output). Aturan untuk setiap jurusan SMK sebagai berikut (a) Administrasi sejumlah 9 aturan dengan 2 variabel, (b) Akuntansi sejumlah 9 aturan dengan 2 variabel, (c) Farmasi 18 aturan dengan 3 variabel, dan (d) RPL sejumlah 18 aturan dengan 3 variabel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat direkomendasikan untuk membantu pihak sekolah maupun calon siswa yang akan mendaftar.
ABSTRACT : With the commencement of the 2013 curriculum implementation which requires schools to divide their majors at the time of entry into high school / vocational high school, it is deemed burdensome for the school because they are not allowed to collect fees, while in terms of prospective students it is difficult to choose an existing department. Therefore, in this study, specialization will be implemented using sugeno fuzzy inference. In this study there are several variables used as a measure, namely the value of Indonesian Language, English, Mathematics, Science (input variables) and Percentage of majors (output variables). The rules for each vocational majors are as follows (a) Administration of 9 rules with 2 variables, (b) Accounting for 9 rules with 2 variables, (c) Pharmacy 18 rules with 3 variables, and (d) RPL of 18 rules with 3 variables. ABSTRAK : Jantung merupakan salah satu organ vital bagi manusia. Penyakit yang menyerang organ jantung akan berakibat fatal bagi keberlangsungan hidup seseorang. Sangat penting untuk mendeteksi tingkat risiko lebih awal, agar penyakit dapat segera ditangani lebih lanjut. Banyak faktor risiko penyakit jantung yang membuat penentuan tingkat risiko penyakit jantung yang akurat sulit dilakukan sehingga membutuhkan tenaga ahli/pakar dibidangnya yaitu dokter spesialis jantung. Namun, tidak semua orang dapat mengakses pelayanan kesehatan yang dilengkapi dengan tenaga pakar/ahli jantung. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi tingkat risiko penyakit jantung dengan mengimplementasikan fuzzy inferensi (Sugeno). Basis pengetahuan sistem pakar diperoleh dari akuisisi pengetahuan pakar dokter spesialis jantung. Hasil dari pengujian sistem dari 82 data uji menghasilkan 24% tingkat risiko sedang, 13% risiko sedang dan 62% risiko tinggi. Unjuk kerja sistem berdasarkan hasil validasi pakar (dokter) dan sistem, diperoleh persentase sebesar 89,02% data uji yang sesuai, serta 10,98% data uji yang tidak sesuai.
ABSTRACT : The heart is the vital organ in humans. Diseases which attack human's vital organs, such as the heart, may be fatal and life-threatening. It is important to detect risk levels early, in order to take necessary actions before the disease develops into something serious. There are many risk factors of the heart disease, this makes it difficult for us to determine the risk levels of heart disease, and it takes an expert's skills, the skills of a cardiologist. However, not everybody has access to health service that is equipped with a cardiologist. In this research, we develop an expert system to detect heart disease risk level by implementing Sugeno's fuzzy inference system. The basis of knowledge for this expert system is obtained from cardiologists' knowledge acquisition. Results of the system test from 82 test data show 24% examinees have low risk; 13% examinees have medium risk; and 62 % examinees have high risk. The system's performance based on the result of an expert's (cardiologist's) validation shows that 89.02% of the test data are appropriate, and 10.98% of the data are not appropriate.

ABSTRAK : Dalam penentuan lulusan terbaik masih dirasa kurang obyektif, sehingga hal ini menjadi kendala dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Walaupun dalam hal ini sudah ada peraturaan mengenai kriteria, tetapi belum diimplementasikan dan masih memutuskan secara manual tanpa mempertimbangkan sensitifitas data terhadap kriteria yang ada. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada metode yang obyektif untuk memutuskan dengan cepat, berdasarkan data lulusan mahasiswa dalam satu periode siapa yang berhak menyandang predikat lulusan terbaik. Penilaian ini menggunakan 6 kriteria yang digunakansebagai parameter dalam melakukan penilaian, agar dapat membuat keputusan yang tepat maka dalam penelitian ini digunakan FMADM dengan SAW. Berdasarkan data yang telah diujikan dengan menggunakan sistem, sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik dengan menghasilkan perangkingan berdasarkan nilai tertinggi, sehingga dapat direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan mengenai calon wisudawan terbaik.
